Anyway, this page is to give you a scope of what this site is about and the different sections of the site available for viewing.
Ada no Nikki is a site made by Ada as supposed to a blog. Ada reasons that normal bloghosts are so restrictive when in actuality, she's just lazy to try to make each individual graphic for each individual substitute for a layout on most bloghosters. :D so here we are - with a very oldschool site dedicated to Ada and to her Fandom - Johnny's Jimusho.
Ada no Nikki is oldschool in a sense that it was made completely from scratch - pure type-written code and no HTML or CSS programs whatsoever. Not to mention the sidebar feature over there <---- could have been done in flash, but Ada wanted to keep the site purely HTML (pfft, she's just too lazy to install Flash into her new old computer).
This site is hosted and powered by the wonderful free webhost, Freewebs.com.
The Site Tour
I have made available a simple and informative site tour =D. If you want to watch the Site Tour on Video, you can do so below. You get to hear my voice if you do :D and it's much more enjoyable. XD But of course, reading below has some benefits too - You'll see why, so just in case, continue reading as well :)so now for the written tour.
Let's enumerate the different parts of the site.
- The Nav Bar
- As you can see on the left, we have a new and improved navigation function :) it's pretty and functional. Might take dial-up users a bit of awhile to load though :D.
- The Sidebar
- The sidebar is just a little fun - It has a mini-profile with my pic on it (so you can see me on every page :evil grin:). It also has a calendar - for whatever reason XD.
- Of course, there's the shoutbox. Your comments are wanted and appreciated. Please don't leave the site without dropping me a shoutout D:
- You can find little tidbits about me too - My Meez, a little animated version of me. Click to join and see a full view :D
- You can also find my Visual DNA. It's really fun - you should try it too.
- Also, a Playlist - specifically my Summer Playlist which I recommend to you all. You can click on the text below it to launch a separate window for the player for continuous listening throughout your visit to the site.
- You can also find my link me button - link me back, save the button and upload it onto your own site, and if you want to bookmark me, please do so :) It's an honor
- Little details about the site - copyrights and yada yada.
- And of course my counter - It's pretty tiny right now, but hopefully, with your help 8D, the number will increase :D
- Home
- This is where all the site updates will be posted if ever there are. They'll be arranged from most recent to older posts. Most likely, you were redirected to this page via the Site Tour link on the Home page.
- Updates will mostly be site-centric except for special occasions - so basically, new blog posts won't be explicitly mentioned on the Updates portion of the homepage, so you'll have to subscribe to my blog RSS feed or my LJ (to be added later) to keep up with ALL my blogposts.
- The Site
- Well, you're here now, aren't you :D I doubt this page will ever be updated - unless of course I add a new page or a new sub-page, which I probably won't, considering I'm very lazy. But of course, we'll never know.
- This is also where I plan to post little tidbits about the layout - if ever it changes.
- Also, I'll be adding a plugboard soon, so you can plug your site or blog, or be affiliated with me. Just give me your link and/or a button and I'll be glad to oblige :) but please link back as well :D.
- Ada wo Abake
- This is the corner of the site, dedicated to yours truly. The voice in my head called vanity told me I should put it up - because what is Ada no Nikki if we don't have a whole section dedicated to Ada herself. This is basically my About me page. I'm working on some FAQs (if you don't know, they're Frequently Asked Questions), so if you want to make a question frequently asked XD drop me a message on my shoutbox XD.
- This is also where I'll place some of my vain pics - if ever I have any, which I doubt I'll ever have, and if I do, they would probably degraded and edited to not show my actual face :D Ah, the wonderful glory of Photoshop =D.
- Some of my art will be posted here to - unless I decide to make a different page dedicated to my art and/or fanfics :) Bug me, and I will - I promise.
- The Blog
- Or better yet, The Nikki. This is mostly self-explanatory. Blog posts will either be Me-centered, Site-centered, or Fandom-centered. I plan to keep different-centered posts separate from each other so you can take a pick of which to read.
- Fanservice
- This portion is for the fans - It's simply a compilation of useful and fandom-oriented links, downloads, graphics and etc, care of me and other users on the Web.

- Probably, to me, the most interesting and education portion of the site. You can say it's very... omoshiroi. But to learn what that means, you'll have to go there, huh? :D
