The seller, to the best of there knowledge and beliefs warrants that this dog was in good health at the time of departure. The customer has three days in which to have the dog checked by a licensed veterinarian and is urged to do so. Out of state customers have one week to have the dog checked by a licensed veterinarian. If, within the three/seven day period, the dog is found to have a life threatening condition, the dog will be replaced. The replacement will be made as long as the dog is returned along with all registration papers, original sales contract, and a written statement from the veterinarian within the guaranteed period after the defect has been diagnosed. Under no circumstances will a replacement dog be given if the dog is euthanized without prior permission from the seller. If buyer is to take longer than there three/seven days then the contract is void and they must keep the puppy regardless of health. If the veterinarian finds an illness with the dog that would not allow the puppy to live a healthy life then it will be exchanged for a similar dog at once or when one is next available, provided a letter from the examining doctor is offered as evidence of the dog’s illness and the puppy is returned within the guaranteed period. The buyer certifies, by signing this contract, which he/she is not acting as an agent in this purchase and that the buyer will not resell this puppy to a pet store, guard dog business or medical research facility. This contract is made and signed by both the seller and the buyer for the well being of the said puppy. If the Buyer breaches any part of this agreement, the seller can and will reposes the puppy/dog at the buyers expense. The puppy can not be brought back for any reason if the AKC papers were wrote on by the buyer. No cash refund will be made under any circumstances. If you return the puppy for reasons listed above, us “the breeder/seller” of the puppy is not responsible for any vet bills, surgeries, medications, ETC. You will receive a permanent replacement puppy if the puppy is brought back within the above agreed time limit of three days for instate and seven days for out of state customers. If you are to bring the puppy back you will get another puppy in exchange, like stated above no cash refund will be made under any circumstances and we stand by that. The seller is not responsible for the life of the pet while it is out of their hands; you have agreed to take care of your pet in a reasonable and responsible way. If you are buying a puppy that is AKC registered, registration papers will be provided when you get your puppy or when AKC provides the seller with them.
