3. Has to be at least 3 weeks old (maybe younger, it totally depends)
4. Keep swearing at a minimum
5. You must keep in contact with me. Say hi or something at least every 2 weeks or I will remove you.
6. Decent graphic skills.

5. Unless I invite you, then #4 doesn't apply all the time.
6. I must like your site.
7. Good graphic making skills.
8. I don't accept just anybody.
