BUCHANAN DECLARES: THIRD WORLD CONQUEST OF AMERICA

breaking into our country, 150,000, than the number of troops we
have in Iraq.

Buchanan slams the president: “Concerned about his legacy, George
W. Bush may yet live to see his name entered into the history of
his country as the president who lost the American Southwest that
James K. Polk won for the United States."

In EMERGENCY, Pat Buchanan charges the Mexican regime with an
Aztlan Plot, a conscious campaign to use America as a dumping
ground for its poor and unemployed, both to relieve social pressure
and effect a cultural re-annexation of the American Southwest. La
Reconquista, the reconquest of the lands lost by Mexico in the
Mexican-American War, Buchanan charges, is underway.

The Republican Party, a wholly owned subsidiary of the U.S. Chamber
of Commerce, is in the grip of a cult called “Economism.” It is all

No Border, No Order, No Nation

Thousands of readers of this column chastise me for not addressing what's really happening to America. They accuse me of dancing around the elephant in the kitchen. They want me to spell it out, to expose it, to say it like it really is. Okay, here is what is happening to our country. We're being flooded with millions of Third World immigrants... both legal and illegal. How many? Since 1965, 106 million people added to our nation, mostly by immigration from overloaded countries like China, India, Mexico and Africa. In effect, we're paying for their mistakes. Worse, we did it to ourselves. Or, should I say, men like Teddy Kennedy with his 1965 Immigration Reform Act and the 1986 repeat (AMNESTY, IRCA Act) and other lawmakers doomed our country. We aided and abetted the destruction of our country by standing quietly on the sidelines - saying and doing nothing. Today, we add millions from countries like Mexico and the Middle East with incoming immigrants that don't like us. Why? Because the capitalistic engine requires unending growth, production of goods, endless markets and massive consumption ! For what ? Profits! Today, corporations led by money-men like former Ken Lay, now deceased, of Enron require riches beyond yours and my imagination. Did Lay show any regard for his employees ? He screwed thousands of them out of millions. He and thousands of COs and company presidents crave money, which gives them power, which gives them prestige. But, did it? Someone always guns for the crown of richest man in the world. How does he get there ? He needs millions of consumers to spend their money on his products ! Population growth creates wealth for a few at the top - and more and more poverty for the unfortunates at the bottom. Back to basics: if not for Senator Teddy Kennedy and if we had kept our borders secure and immigration to a stable 175,000 annually, we would have leveled out at a reasonable 255 million people today - but instead, we'll exceed 300 million this year. By 2040, at current immigration rates, we'll exceed 400 million. By 2065, 550 million on our way to a billion ! All the while, the Third World grows by 80 million annually, so no matter how many we immigrate to save their lives, we end up destroying our own country. The United States of America, after 230 successful years is being methodically dismantled by men creating a New World Order. The Middle Class of America must be brought down to the level of the poor classes around the world to make it possible. This plan downgrades every American's standard of living and ability to work a job with a living wage. While we suffer 14 million unemployed Americans, we're being flooded by massive, unrelenting immigration. All the while, those immigrants do not understand nor do they have any comprehension of what it takes to maintain the most delicate form of government: a constitutional republic. George W. Bush, not a good student of history - but a poor student to boot - a man of the wealthy class-- lacks the education and intellect to understand the consequences of his globalist agenda for the United States. Since he's not the victim of what he perpetrates on us, he charges ahead with his Security and Prosperity Partnership. This agreement cannot succeed unless he diminishes our Middle Class by overwhelming America with Mexico's poorest, most dependent, most illiterate and least able to stand for their rights. That's exactly what happened in Mexico. President Fox kept his poorest even poorer, and desperate. Then, he sent them to colonize America. As Bush degrades our Middle Class, he enlarges a new American poor class. His SPP depends on degrading our borders to allow even more millions of Mexicans, Central and South Americans to cross unimpeded. As the flood of poor descends on America - to do the jobs that Americans won't do, these 'workers' rev the consumption engine by sheer human numbers. As you can see, there is no end to the numbers of people Bush will allow across our borders. Therefore, no border; no order ! In the end, we will all be equally poor, very uneducated and fighting among ourselves as Mexicans do - and will not assimilate into becoming Americans. They create an antagonistic subclass that soon will outnumber Americans in the four Border States - as well as in Illinois, Florida, and other states. But, they're not stopping there as they expand into every state. Thus, they create the same kind of violence and tension experienced in the Paris, France riots. Remember, France's violence occurred from legal immigrants. If you don't think we're headed for the same consequences, check out that, with 10 (could be as many as 30 million) million illegal alien Mexicans in our country, a full 29 percent, or 630,000 convicted Cllegal Aliens reside in our local, state and federal prisons. In addition, over 11,000 MS-13 gang members from El Salvador operate in our country where they distribute $100 billion in drugs annually. Corruption becomes a mechanism by which Third World societies operate. That means their people bring that kind of corruption into our country as they grow in numbers. Mind you, this snapshot of our dilemma doesn't address the loss our common language (English), our hospitals, schools, overpopulation, air pollution and illegal alien ethnic tension growing in our communities. Has the United Nations solved the world's problems or stopped wars and world starvation? Will a One World Order solve humanities propensities for conflict? One look at Darfur, Lebanon, Paris, France and dozens of wars around the world suggest not. The United States Constitution proves this nation's success for 230 years, but Bush drives us toward no border, no order, no nation. You're watching a dramatic human social experiment, and for the most part, the majority of Americans sit on their couches, glued to their TVs - watching the destruction of their own country by their own leaders. This "entitlement society" flips channels while their leaders flippantly disregard the U.S. Constitution. They whine like a dog chained in the backyard, but lick their frustrations without taking action. Americans watch this New World Order spread like California wildfires, but won't step outside their doors to vote to throw out the politicians pushing it onto this country. As a nation, we've become fat, lazy, uninvolved and take everything we enjoy for granted. As we do nothing, we lose everything that defines America . We become a cog in the New World Order. We lose our borders. We lose order. We lose America. George Bush drives our nation to its end - and he enjoys 30 more months to finish America. If you'll review the list of 62 senators that voted for Senate Bill 2611 (AMNESTY) - the one that floods us with 100 million more people in 34 years 9or less) - you notice that Bush has plenty of help in destroying the United States of America. No border, no order, no nation.

Responding to a WorldNetDaily report, Rep. Tom Tancredo, R-Colo., is demanding the Bush administration fully disclose the activities of an office implementing a trilateral agreement with Mexico and Canada that apparently could lead to a North American union, despite having no authorization from Congress.

As WND reported, the White House has established working groups, under the North American Free Trade Agreement

 office in the Department of Commerce, to implement the Security and Prosperity Partnership, or SPP, signed by President Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox and then-Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin in Waco, Texas, March 23, 2005.

The groups, however, have no authorization from Congress and have not disclosed the results of their work despite two years of massive effort within the executive branches of the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

Tancredo wants to know the membership of the SPP groups along with their various trilateral memoranda of understanding and other agreements reached with counterparts in Mexico and Canada.

Tancredo's decision has been endorsed by Jim Gilchrist, founder of the Minuteman Project.

"It's time the Bush administration to come clean," Gilchrist told WND. "If President Bush's agenda is to establish a new North American union government to supersede the sovereignty of the United States, then the president has an obligation to tell this to the American people directly. The American public has a right to know."

Geri Word, who heads the SPP office, told WND the work had not been disclosed because, "We did not want to get the contact people of the working groups distracted by calls from the public."

WND can find no specific congressional legislation authorizing the SPP working groups nor any congressional committees taking charge of oversight.

Many SPP working groups appear to be working toward achieving specific objectives as defined by a May 2005 Council on Foreign Relations task force report, which presented a blueprint for expanding the SPP agreement into a North American union that would merge the U.S., Canada and Mexico into a new governmental form.

WASHINGTON – Mexican drug cartels operating in cities in the U.S. are buying up legitimate businesses to launder money and using some of the proceeds to win local mayoral and city council seats for politicians who can shape the policies and personnel decisions of their police forces, according to Rep. Tom Tancredo, R-Colo., who has led the fight to secure the U.S.-Mexico border and enforce the nation's immigration laws.
In his new book, "In Mortal Danger: The Battle for America's Border and Security," Tancredo exposes what he has learned from meetings with law enforcement authorities regarding a concerted effort by the Mexican mafia and drug cartels to extend its corruptive influence in urban areas dominated by illegal alien populations.

Tancredo says some of these small cities have become hostile and dangerous places for legitimate law enforcement officials.

"The Tijuana-based Felix drug cartel and the Juarez-based Fuentes cartel began buying legitimate business in small towns in Los Angeles County in the early 1990s," he writes in his new book published by WND Books. "They purchased restaurants, used-car lots, auto-body shops and other small businesses. One of their purposes was to use these businesses for money-laundering operations. Once established in their community, these cartel-financed business owners ran for city council and other local offices. Over time, they were able to buy votes and influence in an effort to take over the management of the town. They wanted to create a comfort zone from which they could operate without interference from local law enforcement."

Tancredo, the chairman of the House Immigration Reform Caucus, now a powerful force within Congress for opposing amnesty plans for illegal aliens and for promoting tougher border security measures, points, as an example, to the L.A. County city of Bell Gardens – where corrupt elected officials under the influence of drug lords actually tried to shut down the police department.

"City officials who would not cooperate with the Mexican-born city manager were forced out of office," he writes. "Eventually, the L.A. County attorney's office moved in, and the city manager was prosecuted on charges of corruption. Unfortunately, Bell Gardens was only the tip of the iceberg. Other Los Angeles suburbs – including Huntington Park, Lynwood and Southgate – became targets for the cartels."

In fact, similar efforts to undermine law and order by Mexican criminal gangs are under way, Tancredo says, in Texas, Arizona and elsewhere.

"The corruption spreading from south of the border is not confined to Southern California," he writes. "In Cameron County, Texas, the former sheriff and several other officials were recently convicted of receiving drug-smuggling bribes. In Douglas, Ariz. – where the international border runs down the middle of the town and divides it from its sister city of Agua Prieta, Mexico – the mayor's brother was discovered to have a tunnel from one of his rental properties going into Mexico."

Tancredo reports he has had confidential briefings with top officials in big-city law enforcement who say there are entire cities under the virtual control of Mexican criminal street gangs and their associated businesses, in some cases, making it dangerous for county, state and national law enforcement officers to venture in and rendering any interdepartmental cooperation impossible.

This under-reported aspect of the immigration and border problem is just one of the reasons Tancredo believes the U.S., as a nation, is "in mortal danger" as the debate over solutions rages on in Washington.

In his new book, "In Mortal Danger," Tancredo, the undisputed heavyweight champion of the border security issue in the nation's capital, tells the whole story of the threats facing the nation, the solutions within its grasp and his own personal quest to awaken the political establishment to the seething discontentment gripping America as a result of illegal immigration.

Tancredo warns that the country is on a course to the dustbin of history. Like the great and mighty empires of the past, he writes, superpowers that once stretched from horizon to horizon, America is heading down the road to ruin.

English historian Edward Gibbon, in penning his classic "The History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire" (ironically published in the year America's Founding Fathers declared independence from Great Britain), theorized that Rome fell because it rotted from within. It succumbed to barbarian invasions because of a loss of civic virtue, its citizens became lazy and soft, hiring barbarian mercenaries to defend the empire because they were unwilling to defend it themselves.

Tancredo says America is following in the tragic footsteps of Rome.

Living up to his reputation for candor, Tancredo explains how the economic success and historical military prowess of the United States has transformed a nation founded on Judeo-Christian principles of right and wrong into an overindulgent, self-deprecating, immoral cesspool of depravity.

His recipe for turning things around?

Without strong, moral leadership, without a renewed sense of purpose, without a rededication to family and community, without shunning the race hustlers and pop-culture sham artists, without protecting borders, language and culture, the nation that once was "the land of the free and home of the brave" and the "one last best hope of mankind" will repeat the catastrophic mistakes of the past, he writes.

Tancredo, born and raised in Colorado, represents Colorado's 6th district in the U.S. House of Representatives. Prior to his election to Congress in 1998, Tancredo worked as a schoolteacher, was elected to the Colorado State House of Representatives in 1976, was appointed by President Reagan as the secretary of education's regional representative in 1981, and served as president of the Independence Institute. He serves on the International Relations Committee, the Resources Committee and the Budget Committee, and is the chairman of the Congressional Immigration Reform Caucus.
