Photofiltre - [completely free] not exactly the best, but it’s perfect if you don’t want to cough up the money for Photoshop or PSP & it’s definitely better than paint.

GIMP - [completely free] A lot like Photofiltre[:

Paint.NET - [completely free] This is literally a glorified paint. For when you want a good editing software, but don’t feel like all that overkill you get w/ Photofiltre or GIMP.

FontCreator - [free trial] make fonts! [;

Mozilla Firefox - [completely free] the BEST internet available, I swear!
