Battle Frontier

Battle Frontier is a place where you battle in strange ways. You get symbols after defeating the Frontier Brain of any of the 7 facilities. You can only access the Battle Frontier after you beat the Elite Four in Emerald.

After You Beat the Elite Four

You can call Scott on your PokeNav and your father(Norman) will give you a ticket for the ferry. After riding the ferry once(you can get on it in Lilycove City or in Slateport City), Scott will be on the ferry and tell you that you can go to Battle Frontier after this ride. Go on the ferry again and the option of "Battle Frontier" will appear. After you select that option, you will be automatically sent to the Battle Frontier without any waiting time. From there on, you can fly to the Battle Frontier.

Battle Factory

The Battle Factory lets you rent 3 Pokemon. You can swap your Pokemon for Pokemon that your last opponent had, but you can only swap one Pokemon every time. You battle 7 trainers until you get Battle Coupons. For the first few consecutive completions of the challenge, you get 3 coupons for the single battle option. You can meet Noland only if you select the single battle option (That counter is to the left of the entrance). For the double battle option, you get 4 coupons. After a while, you will get more coupons for the completions of the challenges, but only if you don't lose to anyone and don't quit your challenge. You meet Noland after you sucessfully complete the challenge 3 times(20 consecutive battles). His team is random and completely based on your choice of Pokemon. (Guide on how to beat Noland is coming soon)

Battle Pike

The Battle Pike is a challenge where you go in with 3 Pokemon and pick a door on every floor. A succesfully completed challenge is 17 floors.
Lucy has the Pokemon:
First time(Silver Luck Symbol):

Seviper, Milotic and Shuckle.
Seviper has the move Poison Fang.
Milotic has the moves Mirror Coat, Surf.
Shuckle has the moves Sandstorm, Toxic, Protect, Double Team.
Second time(Golden Luck Symbol):

Seviper, Gyrados and Steelix

The Battle Palace

Spencer is the Frontier Brain there. He's tough and his Lapras has an one-hit Ko move. It hits always for some weird reason. I think there's a glitch in the Battle Frontier that I have. These moves with low accuracy seem to almost always hit in there. Spencer also has a Crobat and a Slaking. Slaking can be KOed with two Hydro Pumps and Crobat has Fly. In the second round, Spencer has Suicune so prepare for him. Don't save your Salamance for the end(Or your Flygon). And I forgot about the Introduction. Here it is!
Intro to the Battle Palace:
You can't make your Pokemon Attack. They're attacking on their own. Most of it depends on your Pokemon's nature and your luck. Sometimes your Pokemon can't attack. You must have 20 consecutive wins to battle Spencer for the first Silver Symbol. Remember, you can't just battle 2-2. You must battle 1-1. That's mostly it.

The Battle Pyramid

Brandon is the Frontier Brain in the Pyramid. Actually he appears on top of the Pyramid. You don't really battle here. You go through a maze and the Pokemon in the maze depends on your luck and the Hex Maniac outside. If she tells you that you'll get Paralyzed, prepare for Plusle, Manectric and Jolteon. If she tells you that you'll get Poisoned, prepared for Toxic. Before you get in the Pyramid, the hiker outside will not let you take anything inside except for the three Pokemon. Battle the trainers inside the Pyramid instead of battling Pokemon and don't take slow Pokemon. Take fast Pokemon so you can always run from Pokemon. On the first try, you should look for areas around the trainers. Also, you'll see more light if you battle more trainers or Pokemon. After 3 complete completions of 7 floors, you can battle Brandon who has the three Regis. It's not really fair in that sense since you, yourself, are not allowed to bring any Pokemon that are legendaries. Try to beat him. He'll give you a Symbol. For the second round, you'll battle Brandon with the three legendary birds so prepare for that.(That'll be easier with quick Electric Pokemon)

The Battle Arena

Greta's the Frontier Brain here. She has a great Umbreon, Shedinja and a Heracross. Remember to use a Flying type move on Heracross. That'll Ko Heracross. In here, you'll get a Guts Symbol. Also, you must battle Greta's way. After three rounds(if you don't Ko your opponent's Pokemon), the referee will judge the battle depending on 3 factors, body, skill, and guts. If you keep attacking, you'll get the guts factor. If you take out more HP from your opponent than your opponent takes out your own, you'll get the body factor. If you use attacks like Fly or Double Team, you'll get the skill factor. If you win the decision, your opponent's Pokemon is out. If you tie, both are out. You can't switch out your Pokemon. And of course you have to win 26 battles until you first face Greta.
