Pokemon XD Guide:(somewhat biased in the language of Saori Tetsuya)

Beginnings:
As with all Pokemon games, you start by looking at your character and try to give him a name. I suggest you to not give him a good name because he doesn't look handsome at all.(From my friend Jerry,"That main character from Pokemon XD is soo Ugly...He has ugly eyes." His comment, not mine. Trust me, he e-mailed this to me.) The people who design the booklet that goes with the game want you to call him Michael for some reason. After you chose your character's name, the game wants to stall your time and shows you a short but boring movie that you can't option to not watch. You see some terribly made 3-D(not that they're really not 3-D but they look like those from usual video games. 3-D is usually reserved for more realistic people. This boring animation starts with a ship that just floats on the ocean. This ship is actually a cargo ship with Pokemon(I didn't know the creators were so cruel. Pokemon as Cargo?!) The ship's name is SS Libra. The screen zooms to two insignificant people, a captain and a boy. They are looking at the sky when they see some helicopters and Shadow Lugia going towards them. They don't know what to do as Shadow Lugia uses its Psychic powers to lift the ship(You know that from Ash's experiences, don't you). The two useless people have already fallen into the ocean and look hopelessly at each other. (From this, you know that this game is full of ridiculous situations) You finally see yourself with Lv 50 Pokemon. You might be happy but they're not yours. The trainer in front of you is acually virtual, if you didn't know, and he just gives you the advantage.

Why? You have a Salamance.(Read on, I know you're not convinced) You will be facing a Metagross that will almost always use Sludge Bomb.
Your Salamance will have Earthquake, Dragon Claw and Dragon Dance. Use Earthquake for two turns and you will win the battle.(or the game's flawed.) After you will the virtual trainer, you will be transported back to real life. A man will approach you and talk about your training.
You should check your Pokemon by pressing X. You will have an Eevee. Next, you should go to the room next door(to your left). There will be a man and a woman.

The woman(Lily) is your mother and the man is Professor Krane. Your mother will tell you to find your sister(Jovi). They again have a boring scene that wastes your time but it doesn't hurt the first time. Professor Krane is just a nuisance. He tells you to pick up some P*DA and doesn't just give it to you.(Why is he a nuisance? He wants Jovi to pick up your P*DA though he doesn't say it. Once you go to your room, the game will say that your room's mostly run by Jovi. Why won't he be more direct?) Lily thinks that everyone in the building is too nice to you(and Jovi), but it's not true. Go to the elevator and you will go to the first floor.(Shortcut:Go to the left if you can and you will reach the other side. Go down the elevator and go to your left. You'll find Aden under a table and pick up your P*DA on your desk.)
Go to the exit of the building and walk toward the fence. Walk to the left and go toward the wall of the building. There will be a different door. Go in the door and go to the left. There will be a door. Go through the door and there will be a desk. Press the desk, and a man will come out. The man is your sister's friend(Adon) and he will tell you that your sister and he were playing hide and seek. A new area(Dr. Kaminko) will light up on a map. Go to the leftmost part of the building and go to another door to the north. That room is your room and a tool will be on the desk(Yes, that's the P*DA Krane wanted your sister to get but take it or Krane will be mad). Press on the shiny part of the desk and you will get the tool(P*DA). Then head out the door and go South. A map will appear and press on Dr. Kaminko's House. You will reach Dr. Kaminko's House.


Dr. Kaminko's House:

Walk towards the house, and the assistant of Dr. Kaminko(Researcher Chobin) will come out and battle you. He will only have a Sunkern at level 6.

Good or Bad:He's not good or bad. He just loves to mistake you for other people.
Commonly asked question:Does he actually see you after he loses to you?
Answer:I think so. His glasses come off.
What you should never do to please him:Press that TV in Dr. Kaminko's house. The game just stalls your time even more.
Does he do any good for you:Maybe, if you think that his Pokemon level up yours.

Defeat him and Jovi will come out. Jovi will go in again and will get obsessed with Dr. Kaminko's inventions(Spoiler! Robo Kyogre and Robo Groudon. They're useless too.) Talk to your sister(blue haired girl) and Your sister will follow you and go back to the institute.
