Australian Carrier Club

Uniting Carrier Pigeon Fanciers Worldwide

The Australian Carrier Club (ACC) was formed in 1990 by a group of enthusiastic English Carrier Fanciers and it ran for about 3 years before it went to declining interest.

In late 2004 sufficient intrest was shown by Carrier fanciers to re-activate the club and we have done just that. Full details of how the club can be found under RULES but basically it operates on an informal basis with membership entitling the member to recieve correspondence and communication by email and, for all Australian based membersm full voting rights.

AIMS OF THE CLUB ARE:

a)  Promote and develop all aspects of breeding and showing of quality English Carriers, as near to the Standard of Excellence as practical.

b)   Periodically review and adopt a Standard of Excellence.

c)   Advise ANPA of any Standard variations adopted by the Club.

d)   Maintain a list of accredited judges and make nomination/s from this list for ANPA National shows or other shows sponsored by ACC.

e)   Exchange tips on breeding, showing, housing, health etc.
