Bugh Equine Center Offers 'Divine Miss N' For Sale:

Divine Miss N, 2001 Bay reg. TB Mare, 16hh

Divine Miss N ("Pea") is a 16hh 2001 Jockey Club registered bay mare. She is by Well Decorated out of a Full Pocket mare. A stand out sporthorse prospect who is well on her way to making an exceptional dressage, hunter/jumper, or event horse. Well put together with a lovely front end and terrific gaits. An amazingly fast learner, very talented, trainable, and athletic.
Solid W/T/C and has been jumping 2'. Started some lateral work at the end of the summer. Incredibly bold and careful over fences--has never even ticked a rail. Schooling 2' cross country jumps. I have no doubt that she could go 3'-3'6" without any trouble, perhaps more. Attended a Hunt Pace last May & was very willing. (Placed 6th.) Also trail ridden frequently. Currently ridden in a Dr. Bristol Full Cheek Snaffle.

Pea was raced until Dec. 2005 & has been 100% sound since then. After coming off the track, Pea received entensive ground work and her manners are excellent. She is sensitive and tuned-in, but without trust issues. Loads & hauls well, clips, bathes, goes barefoot, great with other horses, good for vet & farrier. Does not stand tied. UTD on vaccines, trimming, de-worming, and Coggins.
Pea has been my personal riding horse for the past three years and it's only with great sadness that she is offered for sale. However, she has amazing talent and I just don't have the time and skill to take her to the level she deserves to be at. I would prefer to find her a riding/show home where she can meet her potential.
Pea's pedigree includes the following proven Thoroughbred sporthorses:
Sire: "Well Decorated" is a USEF leading hunter sire.
Paternal Grandsire: "Raja Baba" (by "Bold Ruler") produced top USEF hunter stallions "Northern Raja", "Knick Press", and "Unfold" and USEF eventing stallions "Nepal", "Prince Caspian", and "Maha Baba".
Maternal Grandsire: "Full Pocket" produced USEF dressage sire "Don't Frisk Me Now" and USEF hunter sire "Fighting Fit".
Maternal Great Grandsire: "Olden Times" produced USEF eventing sire "Two Davids".
Maternal Great Grandsire: "No Robbery" produced USEF eventing sire "Fuzzbuster" and USEF eventing sire "Buckaroo" (grandsire).
and:
*My Babu, an influential sire of eventing stars via his sons (Bruce Davidson's World Champion "JJ Babu" is by Babu Dancer).
*Tudor Minstrel, by Owen Tudor (by Hyperion) is known as a sire of open jumpers that are accurate, fast, powerful, and scopey.
*Umidwar, sire of Ultimate.
*Mahmoud (by Blenheim II).
*Relic, by War Relic.
*Heliopolis.
*Polynesian.
*Khaled.

May consider 1 year free lease (off-farm) for the RIGHT situation.

Bugh Equine Center Offers 'Royal Beau' Free to Good Home:

2001 Chestnut Thoroughbred Gelding, 15.3hh

Beau is a 2001 OTTB gelding. Flashy red chestnut, Quarter Horse build. Beau is an excellent and very safe trail horse and he is happy leading or following (prefers to follow through water though). He's currently a "husband horse" and is very good at this job. He's one of those that can be left out to pasture for weeks and then ridden without any problems. Beau attended a Hunt Pace last May where he behaved very well and placed 6th.
Beau came off the track with fused bone chips in his knees, which caused significant arthritis. However, with time and supplements (CortaFlex), Beau is sound as a riding horse W/T/C, but NO jumping or contest events. 200 lb. weight limit. He may require a maintenance dose of Bute when the ground is hard and will need to stay on a joint supplement.
He's great with vet, farrier, hauling, etc. Currently being fed beet pulp and alfalfa cubes along with his grain and alfalfa/timothy hay. Does tend to get bonded to mares when he's turned out with them, but isn't unruly about it. UTD on vaccines, trimming, de-worming, and Coggins.
Free to good home for the right match.

Super athletic, quiet 2006 Thoroughbred cross gelding. Very flashy grey roan with four whites, stripe, and long, dark, full tail--will get noticed in the ring! Very athletic & shows terrific jumping potential. Free jumps 3'6". Level-headed with a good mind. Well-suited for hunters with his lovely, engaged, flat-kneed movement.
