Use our preflight checklist

Collect all fonts (including embedded and preferably postscript type one screen and printer)
Collect all linked images (both vector and raster)
Supply current laser proofs of job
Convert all rgb colors to cmyk in both raster and vector layout files
Check raster image resolution for minimum of 350 ppi
Extend bleed 1/8" on all necessary trims
Supply the name and phone number of 24-hour contact
