Classic Cuisine

Creative, healthy, and beautifully presented dishes served in a vivacious and exciting setting. From the moment Chang's Hong Kong Cuisine first opened its doors in 2000, critics and patrons have crowned it as one the of the best Chinese and Dim Sum restaurants in Las Vegas.

Chang's offers a delicious Hong Kong style brunch, perfect to enjoy with family and friends. Dim Sum, a Cantonese term literally meaning to "touch the heart," is made up of many small plates that pack a lot of flavor. Steaming carts come straight to the table for you to choose from a wide variety of Cantonese delicacies - from seafood dumplings to egg custard tarts.

At dinner, the freshest ingredients, native to many provinces in China are inventively combined to create delicious and beautifully presented specialties. Delicate sauces do not overwhelm the main ingredients, which include a variety of fresh seafood from the tank. Chang's is the perfect place for a delightful dinner party or a sumptuous meal for two.

Finding Success

Chang's brand of delicious, authentic Chinese cuisine was first founded in Southern California. Until Chang's, Chinese dining in San Diego was limited to the most Americanized dishes and clichéd ambiance of tasseled red lanterns. Owner Jerry Chang introduced opulence and fine dining to Chinese cuisine.

Seeing a great potential in Las Vegas' dining scene, Jerry moved the business to buzzing entertainment capital in 2000. The first location on Decatur Blvd received a warm welcome by the community and set a new standard for Chinese cuisine in Las Vegas. In 2006, Chang's expanded to a second location inside the Palace Station Hotel Casino.

Chang's success is no accident. It comes from a careful balance of moderate prices and award-winning cuisine.
