The 3rd Annual Courtney Howard Memorial > 5-on-5 Basketball Tournament (Click on goal for 2009 entry form) March 12th - 14th, 2009 Old Panther Gym, Mabank Cost per Team: $200.00 Deadline for team sign-up is Sunday, March 1st Rules: 2 girls minimum on the floor at ALL times! Allowed to participate on ONE team only! Must be 16 years or older! After your team has been signed up, you will be given a roster which must be filled out with names and ages, and turned in by March 1st. There will be a coaches meeting on Sunday, March 1st.
