  Come enjoy a festive small town carnival.  Set at the carnival grounds overlooking picturesque Chincoteague Bay, the carnival offers good safe family fun!  What better way to spend the evening after a relaxing day at the beach!  We only have openings for three weeks in July.  Check the calendar or contact us for availability.

Two Cozy, One Bedroom Cottages furnished for relaxing.  Just off Main Street.  Convenient walk to shops, restaurants, library, waterfront park!  Minutes to Assateague Island National Seashore.  Sleeps 4.  Bedroom has Queen-Sized Bed, Comfortable Sleeper Sofa in Living Room.  We have Wireless Internet, DirecTV, DVD-VCR, A/C,  outdoor grill.  

Linens not included but may be provided for additional $25. 

Small Dogs permitted, limitted to Brown Kottage, No Smoking,TAKE PICTURE TOUR OF KOTTAGES FROM NAV BAR,access RATES and ADDITIONAL INFO FROM NAV BAR 

By Popular Demand for the 2008 Season, Pets welcome in the Brown Kottage ! -  Due to overwhelming demand, we will continue to accept small dogs with guests reserving the Brown Kottage.  An additional $50.00 deposit will be required from guests bringing pets.  A $30.00 cleaning fee will be charged.  You must disclose that you are bringing a pet prior to arrival and pay the additional deposit and cleaning fee up front.  The Blue Kottage will remain pet free to accomodate our guests who may have allergies.  Contact us for further information. Sorry, we are not accepting cats at this time.  Other pets will be considered on a case by case basis.
