How We Began
Christ’sway Church began in 1994 with a small group of Christians yearning for the church described in the New Testament, focused on developing faith in believers, a sense of family and loving fellowship with one another. In 2002 we stepped out in faith with a full-time ministry, purchasing an existing facility, we remodeled it for worship. We maintain an open door and open arms, inviting all to come share the love of Jesus with us.
Independent Christians
We are a local congregation of Christians. We are nondenominational, not a part of any regional or national church bureaucracies. Although we are independent and self-governing, we are part of the universal Church of all believers of all times, and we love and respect our fellow Christians in other churches.
Bible-Believing
We believe the Bible is God’s inspired Word. We turn to the Bible as our only authoritative source on doctrine and church practice.
We are a church fellowship…
…whose welcoming warmth, coupled with a casual atmosphere, envelops all who worship with us.
…with a passion for Biblical preaching and teaching of the Word, devoted to evangelism and disciple making through purposely developing nurturing relationships.
…whose desire is to learn to love our Lord with every aspect of our being and love others as He does.
…with a heart for blended praise and worship, combining the best of the old with the best of the new.
…growing in faith, love, grace, and service, and growing in numbers, too.
…that is committed to valuing each individual and encouraging them to realize and develop their own unique role and potential in fulfilling their part in our Great Commission.
