  • You must have a graphics program other than MS Paint, if the graphics program is free that's okay, as long as the quality is good.
  • You must be able to code all your graphics. If you get accepted, make sure you have a photobucket account.
  • Must be able to make Userlookups, shop layouts, Blogs, Guild Layouts, or Pet Pages/Lookups, and have the ability to code them all.
  • No stolen content.
  • You may work at another website as long as it is not Neopets related.
  • Never been on a Wall of Shame.
  • You must be able to submit more than 5 graphics per month.
  • Must have a Neopets Account more than 3 months old.
