Right headlight welded in place.
welds ground down.
We had to make from the fender edge where it meets the hood to the light bucket. It was just filled with fibreglass and window screen.
Grille.
Flathead motor.
Left side bucket installed and welds ground down.
Left side new patch ready for installation.
Chicken wire removed.
The patch tacked in place.
Patch installed and ready for filler.
This side was a little worse requiring two patches. This is what it looks like before I grind the welds clean.

Hot Rod black on the left side.
Hot Rod black on the right side. This is actually epoxy primer, and it will be weather tight protecting the metal from water.
