We commend the executive director and the course of this program and we are extremely pleased to see continued improvements within the agency, including strong leadership. We urge the agency to continue to negotiate national dues, and we would like to see a more systematic approach in place for future resource development, especially one that includes increased efforts from your board of directors. The responses to site visit concerns were thorough and made the proposal more competitive.
