Emergency Shelter Program

The performance of this program and the increase in population served justify this recommendation for a significant increase from 2007-2008 funding. The volunteers commend fundraising work done for the program, but recommend development of a more systematic fundraising plan. There appear to be opportunities for more board involvement, especially in fundraising efforts.
