Christmas Light
In the darkness of the night
A brightly glowing light
Shone in splendor over the earth,
As a guide to point the way
To the Baby in the hay,
Bringing hope and love through this holy birth.
There’s a light that still is bright
Which provides an inner sight
Of the great miracle that came to be,
And if we will just believe
This light we can receive,
The brightness of God’s love for you and me.
