Dark Mousy - Dark Mousy is the legendary Phantom Thief who was awakened once again on Daisuke Niwa's 14th birthday. He's known for stealing valuably pieces of art, as well as being a ladies' man.

Daisuke Niwa- Daisuke Niwa is a clumsy and klutzy, whichever you pervfer, 14 year old. His feelings for Risa Harada turn him into Dark. He seems to like Riku as well, but is confused with his feelings between the two.

Risa Harada- Risa Harada is the youngest Harada twin, 5 minutes younger to be exact. She seems to think of her sister as her sworn enemy, though this is not really known in the anime. She has feelings for Dark Mousy, but not Daisuke. She's the girly one out of the two, and a bad cook.

Riku Harada- Riku, unlike her sister, is 5 minutes older, and into sports. She is on the track team. She can cook fairly well, unlike her sister, and has shorter hair.

Rika  Harada- Rika is the woman Dark had affections for 40 years ago. He seems to think of her whenever he sees Risa because of their resemblance.

Takeshi Saehera- Takeshi Saehera is on the press, a reporter always looking for news. He is the Commander's son, and can cook very well. He always has to take care of his father since their mother left.

Satoshi Hiwatari- Satoshi is the Commander of capturing Dark. He seems to have feelings for Daisuke, which triggers his transformation to Krad. He is very silent, and forced to not care about anyone because of Krad.

Commander Saehera- He is Takeshi's dad, who doesn't seem very fit for the job of helping to capture Dark.

Miyuki Sawamura- One of Risa's friends.

Ritsuko Fukuada - One of Risa's friends.

Menou Kurashina- Menou was featured on Epesiode 5 in the anime, and in Volume 4 in the manga. She was visited by Daisuke grandfather, who gave her the Agate Links.

Daiki- Daisuke's grandfather, who used to be Dark.

Emiko- Daisuke's mom. She's very entergetic.

Wiz/With- Daisuke's pet rabbit, who is Dark's wings.

Krad- The Hikari 'curse' which is very much like Dark. He is an angel, who resembles Dark. He also seems to have some... strange... feelings for Satoshi... which is kinda obvious if you call someone 'My Dear.' Very creepy.

Hikari- The family that Satoshi came from.

Mr. Kaseda - The cooking teacher.

Mio - A girl who came from the US, who has feelings for Daisuke.

Mr. Hiwatari - Satoshi's foster dad.

Mashiro - One of Daisuke's friends.

Maroon- THe winner of the Wiz Girlfriend Contest.
