Message to the STEP organization

Cordial greetings to the organizers and the participants in this
year's 5th Student Technological and Entrepreneurs of the
Philippines - National Skills Development and Competition (STEP - NSDC)

With the Theme, "STEP: Moving Up from the Underground
(School and Backyard) to Mainstream Economy, " this program
will surely help students showcase their talents and skills in
agricultural technology, industrial arts, home economics,
entrepreneurship, and ICT integration. By developing the
students’ leadership abilities and character, you inculcate
good work ethics in your youth which are essential not only
for global competitiveness but for national productivity as well.
