elliott mariess CV I have been around creative people since I was young. My mother is a professional photographer and my fathers an advertising marketing director, so I started using programs like photoshop since about the age of 13. After a few years I was designing album layouts for my mothers business. I was only ever interested in art and music at school, so I took a 2 year full time art and design course and it was then my teacher suggested I might like graphic design. In the summer of 2006, I had the great opportunity of working the full summer at Specsavers in their creative department, designing inhouse and commercial work. I really enjoyed it and learnt a lot from the experience. I was lucky enough to be asked back over Easter, Christmas and again last summer. during Easter (07) I taught myself a little HTML and began designing web sites. I quite enjoy it and hope to expand my knowledge in the area.
