The following form is for you to fill out if you would like to submit an avatar you made for Fiction Camp use. PLEASE: Do not leave any of the blanks incomplete. Any incomplete forms will not be answered.
RULES: Make sure the avatar:
-- Is 102 x 102 pixels. Frames around the av shouldn't be any bigger than 1 pixels.
-- Includes "FC" in small, readable font.
-- Is of your original work.
Before filling this out, note that:
-- Your avatars may not be added to the gallery asap.
-- All avatars will be accepted as long as they are 102x102 and have "FC" on them. This is not a competition and I will not pick ones I personally like best.
