1) Videos for all fandoms/movies/appreciation/anime are accepted.

2) Only one video per vidder in each regular round allowed.

3) If you submit a video and it does not win, you are allowed to submit it again. If you decide to submit the vid again, please wait a round or two before submitting. If the video wins an award, you are not allowed to submit again, unless there were major changes made to the video.

4) You can only submit your own videos.

5) Clip theft is not tolerated. If we notice you have stolen clips you will be disqualified.

6) Please make sure videos are online at time of judging. If we can not download the video, it will not be judged. We will contact you once to let you know. If we do not hear back from you before judging ends, your video will be disqualified. You may use yousendit, savefile, gigashare or from your personal website.

7) We no longer accept vids submitted using putfile, megaupload or rapidshare.

8) Acceptable formats: ram, mov, avi, wmv, mpeg or mpg. The files can be zipped.

9) If you own a site, you must submit the URL when submitting the video and you must have one of our codes somewhere on your site. We will check this before judging begins.

10) Please keep all profanity to a minimum. Brief nudity allowed. Absolutely NO porn!

11) Videos must be 25 MB or less.

12) Once there are 20 entries the round will close.

13) Not following any one of these rules will result in disqualification. To make sure that everyone has read the rules, where it asks "Gum of Choice?" please type "bubble yum".

~ Monthly Theme Rules ~

-- You are allowed to enter two videos for the monthly Theme. If you decide to enter a Theme video, please indicate in the description. All theme videos are not included in the regular rounds. You may enter a video for the theme, even if it has won an award from Fresh Alternative in a past regular round. --
