There may be some things about the Frostzone Toolbar you want to know before you download our new toolbar.

The toolbar is placed at the top of your browser and contains Web Search (powered by Yahoo! search) Pest Scan, Music Search, easy Frostzone return icons, weather in 6 selected cities (you may also add a city not on the list), traffic updates, and times for 10 listed time zones with 5 empty spots for other time zones.

How do I uninstall Frostzone Toolbar?

If you feel it is necessary then just go to your computer's control panel and delete the program from "Add or Delete Programs"

When I select Image search from the alternate search bars and press "Web Search" a Yahoo! site search comes up for my query!

Simple, by default it says "FROSTZONE SUPER-SEARCH" but that alternative search bar has many search categories. Simply select a type of search, and then type in the search term on the line all the way at the beginning. Then click on the alternative search bar NOT WEB SEARCH, web search will search for websites that match your search term.

By typing in your search term on the line and selecting FROSTZONE SUPER-SEARCH AND NOT WEB SEARCH, you will see results from Frostzone super-search.

Why do different types of support get answered at different times?

If you are not a webmaster you may not know this, but it is possible to obtain emails sent to different addresses that are redirected to your preferred email. This way unknown clients cannot receive our email addresses, but we can receive their emails and send a return email back without exposing our personal information.
