Allen & Greenough's New Latin Grammar for Schools and Colleges - The primary grammar text for NJCL competitions.
The Latin Library - A website with online texts of ancient authors ranging from Juvenal to Cicero to Caesar.
Corpus Scriptorum Latinorum - A section of the Forum Romanum website that contains an index of many of the Latin texts available on the internet.
National Latin Exam - The homepage of the NLE, it contains practice exams and information for upcoming exams.

Certamen Questions Database - The CQD is a great website with a ton of certamen questions. It also possesses a large number of helpful mnemonic devices.
Forum Romanum - Forum Romanum is another great website with several online books concering Roman History and Culture. In addition, it contains many Latin texts online.

Classics Unveiled - Another useful website. This one contains a good chunk of information on mythology, history, culture, and Latin itself.

Encyclopedia Mythica - Encyclopedia Mythica is a fun website that, as you may have guessed, is an encyclopedia of mythology. It has wonderful sections on Greek/Roman mythology as well as a few other mythologies if you happen to be interested.
Bulfinch's Mythology - Online text of Bulfinch's Mythology, a wonderful book on mythology.
Greek Mythology Link - A mythology website that I haven't had a chance to look through, but it seems very good, and it's been highly recommended by other JCL chapters.
