To help C.A.L. Review get off the ground as a quarterly magazine, to become monthly as soon as possible, please become a sustaining subscriber at $5.95 a month. We will send you multiple copies of each edition as cost allows, as well as advance copies as we expand to monthly publication. All subscriber information is kept private. We use Paypal services. Non-paypal users should contact us for special arrangements.
Quarterly subscribers will pay the full price four times a year and will receive one copy of the print magazine.
One-time donations are always welcome and will entitle the givers to be mentioned as a "thank you" or as a small advertisement.
