welcome to Neo Library. This webpage isn't like all the others out there.
I don't have 100 pages of layouts and graphics. I DO, however, have a page
full of links for all your Neopet needs. Neo Library was created to help
all the Neopians (old and new) out there find out more about Neopets and
what it can offer you. I have many sites listed that can help you with
Neopets, whether it be helpful hints for playing games or finding out more
about Neopets in general. I also have links to the daily things you can do
on Neopets to help your account out; all are listed to the left.
Even if you're an experienced player, this webpage could still help you
out. Maybe you'll find a new site you haven't visited before or a link on
Neopets that you didn't know existed. Take your time, look around and have
a great day.

Accounts for sale/trade: One of the most popular
scams right now is to offer to sell or trade the entire acc. The scammer
will promise to send you the password once he or she has received your
payment. You almost never receive the password.

NEVER pay someone for info or cheats, there are no cheats, and many would
be more than glad to give you info for Neopets at no cost!

Never buy something from a shop when it says if you buy something you get
a prize, again, 99% of the time it's not legit, it's most probably a scam!

Don't waste your np on expensive medicine for a sick Neopet. Just make the
sick pet the active one and go to the healing springs. It may take 1-5
visits, but it is ALWAYS free and eventually it will cure your pet!
Make sure to sign the guestbook before you leave and tell me any
comments/suggestions you have for Neo Library!
