RainysWorld Review
Site Name - 9/10
The name "RainysWorld" is easy to remember, quick and to the point. I mean, what else could it be but the world of Rainy? While there are other site names 'round the web with the same sort of ring, yours is still personalised (obviously) so it's a nine out of ten.
Layout - 18/20
I'm not a huge fan of pink, but when looking at your layout, that slides out of my mind. Your layout is very simple and streamlined, and it looks great. I love the header image the best out of anything. I don't mind celebrity images (I have used them numerous times) but seeing none on your layout is a blessing. Obviously you have pulled the exact colours of your CSS from your header. My one complaint is your navigation. Having it in a "ul" like that with the bullets shoves it over unnecessarily; the bullets don't need to be there because the links already denote a new description. However, I would suggest simply using the arrow bullets from your affiliate list so your navigation stays neatly to the side and is still in a "ul", or unorganized list, tag. Oh, hey look! I 'm listed on the sidebar. Lovely! I also want to say I love your headers. The border-left and border-right are just subtle enough to add to the effect without someone blinking in horror. Good job, Rainy.

SITE
You might want to link your "policy" on your designs page, if not primarily on your designs page then on both. People probably aren't going to check out your "site" page before they head onto the designs. It's interesting that you have a chatbox linked here. My suggestion would be to get rid of that entirely; if you do so, you'll get more comments on your blog, which was what happened to me. Also, it's just a bit obscure. Out of all these links, I'm going to take a peek into the webmistress page. Good! It's just the right length--not one paragraph, but not pages and pages of information.
NETWORK
I've been to T:TSG and I feel very proud of your work there. However, is one link really worth its own "network" page on the sidebar? Maybe you should put "network" under site, but that's just a suggestion.
DESIGNS
There aren't many brushes, but they are lovely, and I love the preview images. Come to think of it, I think I've used these brushes once or twice. Nothing more to say there--onto textures. Oh, I like these too. Again, there aren't many, but it's clear that this is more of a blog site for you. Now for the stock photos. Oh, there are a lot of these. Maybe it would be better if you made thumbnails for each one so we know what we're getting into. I clicked on...forest six. I read your blog about the Lightbox script, and I'm glad you put it on here; it does add to your streamlined effect that you seem to have with your entire layout. This forest picture is a little blurred, but I've seen some of your others and they are not. This seems to be the exception to the rule. Again, not many siggies, but they're cute. I like "My Perfect Sunset"; the colouration is great on that one. I would get to adding more of these, Rainy! Well, you're right about the pixels--they aren't amazing, but they are very cute (and most likely better than what I could do!). Onward! I love looking at website templates, and I love that yours are valid; that's great, considering a lot of people don't bother to validate themselves. (I've gotten attacked for it.) Okay, so there's only one, but let's take a look-see. This is great-looking. It's in the same style as your own, only simpler. The one colour I don't like is the one of the subheader and hover link effect. It's really hard to see against the background. It looks great though.
ARTICLES
Ah, now this is the place for RainysWorld visitors to go. I've read all or most of your articles already, so I will say this--they are all very in depth, and not only are they detailed, but they manage not to be monotonous. You know your facts and still interject your opinion...but you know all of this already! Great job on your articles, Rainy.
GUESTBOOK
Haha...your guestbook is a chatbox. Well, this is an interesting way to do it. It's maybe a bit superfluous, when people could just leave their "I love yooooou Raineeee!" comments on your blog. You have seemed to have helped one "Lightkit" very much, which is a good thing. I love to see the good opinions on my reviewees! It helps me to score.
I gave your content a score of 26 out of 30, because there is little in the way of designs, but it's all very high quality. Kudos on your articles especially--I'd like to see more of those in the near future.
FINAL RATING - 53/60
Aw, did you expect anything less than an A equivalent? Your site is awesome, Rainy. My only suggestions are:
+There are some links that could go elsewhere to make things easier to find and more organized, and some links that could be obliterated entirely if you are in a destructive mood.
+Put a little more content! It's all very high quality, so I'd like to see more.
Great job, Rainy!
