This is my memorial site for the
hard rocking, vulgar languaged, rock god, but above all else, caring
human being, known as Dimebag Darrell Abbot. On December 8th,
2004, while rocking out with his current band Damageplan at a concert
in Columbus, OH, Nathan Gale lept up on stage and brutally
opened five shots into Dimebag. Then a bouncer was able to restrain
him, but he soon broke free and began opening fire in the crowd,
killing four others. Security was forced to shoot the man to death, but
I believe he desirved much worse then death. Darrell died far too
young...far too young.
All of my friends and I extend our deepest
condolences to Dime's friends and family. We pray that not only will
their pain be lifted, but they will also have the strength to move on
with their lives. We only wish we would have had the privilage of
meeting him in person.
