The Wolf only makes a very brief appearance. He spots Little Red Ridinghood, and being much more clever than he is brave, he cunningly convinces her to enjoy her walk through the woods, so that he has a chance to beat her to Granny's. Sound familiar?

Needless to say that the wolf doesn't last too long, except in the costume department and the mannerisims of a certain other character.

Playing the Wolf:

The Wolf is traditionally played by the same actor who plays Cinderella's Prince. In many performances, there has been a second wolf who resembles Rapunzel's Prince.
