Company history Intelicoast Enterprises was operated as a sole proprietorship in May 2003 after a hostile takeover of Western Network, Inc. by ill gotten means. The perps abandoned the entity only two years later after the battle and after destroying years of hard work and dedication. David L Johnston who is the President and CEO struck out on his own to carry on the business concepts he personally developed at Western Network, Inc. In September of 2006 the sole proprietorship ended when Intelicoast Enterprises was fully incorporated with the Corporations Division of the Washington State Secretary of State's Office.

Since then, Intelicoast Enterprises has begun to execute the business plan and obtain the necessary skills and experience to provide the level of expertise and client satisfaction that exists today. We are still small and do not plan to get much bigger. We just want to grow enough to provide for the families of the executives and board members that now exist. We will go further than any big company to satisfy our clients needs because our business is almost solely based off of client referrals. It is not an easy task gaining the trust of the legal profession.
