If you are between the ages of 16 and 18 you must have a parent or legal guardian with you, both must present proper I.D. It has come to my attention that a local establishment is piercing minors younger than 16. Although it is not illegal, it is unethical! Children under the age of 16 are still in the growing process. It is because of these unethical practices plus personal reasons that I have left Dothan Alabama and am basically "at large". I not only conform to the State Health Department Regulations, I go further, taking extra measures to insure your safety and well being. I am constantly researching the latest techniques and procedures to help ensure a positive experience for you. Sketch out your idea - no matter how rough you might think it looks, jot it down, bring it in on a napkin complete with ketchup stains - who cares - we don't! If you don't like the way an establishmentthe smells or looks, then leave. There are other places that are clean and reputable.
