2. You must not have any adult content.
3. Your site must be related to neopets.com.
4. You have to update at least once a week.
5. You must NOT have any stolen material on your site! I cannot stress that enough!
6. You can't have just started constructing the site, as in all the pages aren't ready.
7. If you are going on Hiatus, you MUST tell us!
8. Any problems must be explained!
9. Last, but not least, you mustn't take ANY property from our site! Got it?!
