Apply for the award you find most suitable for your site.
You can only apply for one award.
If I don't think your site is fit for the award you applied for then I will change give you the award that fits your site best. You can re-apply every month but there has to be some major improvment in your site like new layout or more content.
Under the Contact section were it says Did you read the rules? put What Rules?
There isn't another rule but it look better if there are 5 rules.
