Christian Bale has been arrested!

Bale was arrested Sunday after his mom and sister claimed he assaulted them while in London.

A source told The Sun, “It was a very difficult situation but it would have been wrong to have wrecked the premiere over a complaint which we don’t yet know is founded in truth."

He was taken in for questioning and has since been released.

He is due in court in September.

TMZ says that it was a verbal assault and nothing physical.

His rep issued a statement to People mag saying, "Christian Bale attended a London police station today, on a voluntary basis, in order to assist with an allegation that had been made against him to the police by his mother and sister. Mr. Bale who denies the allegation, co-operated throughout, gave his account in full of the events in question, and has left the station without any charge being made against him by the police. At this time, there will be no further comment by Mr. Bale."

Since the birth of Maddie on June 18, Jamie said she's enjoyed being mom.

Jamie also said she is happy to be away from Hollywood. She said, "Around here, everyone has the same focus. The focus is family, and that's a good way to live."

She also talks about a lot on the OK! interview. She talks about taking parenting classes to her new life with Maddie and boyfriend Casey. She even talks about her first time dealing wiith labor pains.

"They'd told me it would be an eight- to 12-hour labor, and I was ready to have the baby in three to four hours," says Jamie Lynn to. "I had a perfect pregnancy and a perfect delivery. I was very blessed."

When it comes to sleeping JL says, "She is very good." Adding, "She'll feed every two or three hours. When she wakes up in the middle of the night, I'll feed her and she goes right back to sleep. There's no screaming and crying."

Damn, she got huge in like just a month!

Miley Cyrus released a statement not long after the semi-nide pics of her came out in Vanity Fair. The actress/singer said she was "embarrassed" by the photos and said they were a "mistake," but now she's talking about it more.

"I was embarrassed but also it's like, every career thing that I do can't be perfect, and sometimes my decisions are wrong," she said to Billboard. "I think that just makes me even more relatable."

She added, "I don't think people will look at me any differently because they're like, 'You know what, I'm going to do stupid stuff too, and I'm going to make mistakes, and that's fine.'"

She's not denying that it was hard and still is to deal with the backlash from the pics saying, "it still hurts." She continued to say, "But you know what, it doesn't mean that you can't move on."

The 15-year-old also talked about the future and her upcoming album Breakout, due out July 22.

The teenage starlett said her new album is, "grown-up."

She said, "I wrote all the songs except two. My last one, ‘Meet Miley Cyrus,’ was more just meeting me, finding out who I am, and here it’s more getting in depth of what’s been going on in my life in the past year.”

Miley did talk about something many fans are hoping will never come, the end of Hannah Montana. "It will wrap up, eventually," she said. "I mean, I won’t be Hannah Montana by the time I’m 30. But we’ve only done two seasons, so we definitely want to work on that hopefully for another two years."

But will sweet little Miley always play cute kid roles? According to her, right now, she's happy with it. "I’ve been talking to people about some cool movies, but right now I mostly want to stay within my company and keep them happy and keep everything that we’re doing successful and focus on that. I like to do everything that I do 120% and unless I can focus hardcore on that, I don’t want to do it yet."

Not only does Miley want to be a source for entertainment, she wants to make sure she is always the best role model she can be. Heath Ledger will get a special tribute at the end of The Dark Knight.

The closing credits will also have a tribute to the special-effects technician Conway Wickliffe who died last September in a stunt-car accident.

The Dark Knight's Christian Bale speaks out of his friend and co-star Heath Ledger.

Bale admits he misses Heath and hopes the new Batman film, the last movie Heath ever completed, will be a celebration of his life, family and friends.

"I want to talk about Heath," said the actor to PARADE. "When you miss somebody, you want to speak about him. He was a good man, and I was glad to have spent time with him."

Ledger died back in January of an accidental overdose at age 28. He had just finished The Dark Knight and was working on The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus.

Bale also said he knows he'll be upset about the actors death for a while. He felt the two were going to be close friends for a lone time. "He was somebody who I'd been seeing on a daily basis for months," he said. "It takes a long time to accept that someone's gone, when all body and mind are telling you that this is somebody you will know for a great deal of time. He was something of a kindred spirit to myself."

Although the two played enemies in the film, they bonded over many things, most the two most important people in their lives. Both Ledger and Bale have 3 year old daughters.

"Much of it has to do with my respect for his daughter, whom he loved so dearly and whom he would talk about so often. For me, that is of incredible importance."

Bale hopes that The Dark Knight will be a showcase of his friends enormous talent.

"I hope in a small way that The Dark Knight can be a celebration of his work," he says. "Not like the hideous circus after he died, which I felt was an invasion of a private life. This movie is not a personal home video. This is what he did. I hope people will embrace that in the correct fashion."
