Team Penning for Season of 2007:

We had a great turnout for our first penning.  We hope that you will continue to participate throughout our season.  Please note the prices that took place on our opening day was a special.  The following is the fees for the remainder of the season.

Fees for competitors:

$20 per man that practices

$5 per man in team jackpot

$10 per man in one on one jackpot

Charlie Alsobrook was our end of the season Trophy Saddle Winner in the ONE/ONE Penning competition for 2005 season.  This season, we will also be awarding a trophy saddle but with some guidelines to qualify for the running.  This, we feel, will make it fun and fair for all involved.  In the one on one jackpot, we will be giving away to the best overall average time at the end of the season, a trophy saddle.  You do have to qualify to be able to win. 

Qualification rules are as follows: 

        1.  You must be at the competition 85% of the time.  You are allowed 6 abscences.

        2.  Good Sportsmanlikeship is an always.  If we feel, that you are not portraying this, you will be disqualified.

        3.  You can have trash as long as you don't pen trash.

        4.  We have the right to disqualify if we so choose based on roughhousing the cattle.

Welcome to K & A FARMS Arena's website.  We are pleased to have this service for everyone so they can keep up with new updates and events going on at our arena. 

We want to thank you for all supporters, riders and spectators alike, for our 2005 season.  We had fun and loved having you guys out.  We wanted to thank you also for us being able to continue it through out 2005 just by your polite mannerisms you all portrayed here on our farm.  Thanks again.
