Mariasha means "Perfect One" in Ancient Egyptian, and there is little doubt to why she recieved the name.
She was bred, of course, by Rachel of The Yellow Rose, and is a classic example of their amazing breeding 
program. A shy mare, Mari possesses a polite curiousity that she keeps well under control with a cool, 
elegant grace. Outgoing has never been a word to describe her outside of the show ring, but once she's 
performing it simply isn't enough to describe the quick, agile dartfish she becomes. Feminine, the 
consummate lady, Mari is slowly gaining recognition in the show ring - for her own accomplishments and 
those of her To The End Of Time filly, Karnak's Layla.
