Well, I've finally found time to update again. Pasadena is just 15 days away (My high school is going to march in the Rose Parade), Christmas is just 12 days away, and jazz band has started as well. It's been pretty busy. We've finally gotten our Christmas tree up... even though it was basically only me who did it. Oh well. Let's see, what can I talk about? I can't think of anything really. umm... we got a laptop and a new camera for us for Christms. I love Christmas. It's my favorite time of year. It's perfect. There's snow and love and good cheer everywhere. I think it's wonderful and marvelous. I love the snow and the pretty blues used in almost everything. and the lights set around the town. Of course we can't forget the family and the food and the presents either. I'm watching M*A*S*H right now. yeah. I think I'm gonna go now. I'll update later.

Hey. Kasey again. How's it going? Not much here. I've got a lot of time on my hands. I've been reminiscing a lot lately. I've done a lot in my life. I remeber one time. My family and I went to this place at the Lake of The Ozarks called Camp Sharron. Anyway we went there with this family, the Lewis family. They had all their family come for their family reunion and we were invited. They are our friends from church. This was some time ago too. So we were swimming in the lake and all the adults were on the shore while I was on the dock. I had gotten to the part where the lake water was beginning to feel really icky so I was watching this kid named Scott who was about 5 or so slide down the slide they had. Then all of a sudden one of his floaties came off of his arm and he started to drown. So I stood there and debated wether or not to go in after him. "The water's all icky," I thought. But the closest person was at least 10 seconds away so I took a breath and jumped in. I landed close to him in the water so I picked him up and raised him above my head, waiting for the closest person to get there and take him from me. It seemed like forever with Scott kicking me and me keeping my eyes closed so water wouldn't get in them. But finally, finally, finally his older brother who was about 16 at the time got to me and took him. I remember them calming him down, and myself as I pulled myself up the ladder out of the water. They took him over to his panic stricken mother and I walked back to land as well. I remember her calling me her hero and blushing. She called me that for the next month. I remember how it bugged me and how I wished she would stop, that it was no big deal. It really wasn't. But it sorta was too. About a year ago, around 3 years after it happened, we were over at their house and I was playing with them. I had really pretty much forgotten the whole thing. When all of a sudden he looks up at me and says thanks for saving his life that one time he was drowning. It was really a blessing. Anyway, I just thought I'd share that with you. You can run along now.

hey all. I'm back. Anyway, I'm just chilling right now. School's started. it's okay I guess but I don't really want to talk about it. it's been sorta tough. just yesterday I got into a fight with some of my best friends because they we'ren't respecting me and my thoughts and my ideas at the time but it's all better now. everything's better now. I wish I was through with school though. I got some new friends, Katelyn and Eli. They're fun. Band's been intense lately. Marching everyday. Pretty bad. But today it wasn't so bad. Tomorrow's the Maple Leaf Parade. It's 2 and a half miles long. It's gonna be bad. But we'll look awesome. I love my band. Don't forget to read my previous entry about me and one of my band directors. It's funny. We had a lot of fun for about 15 minutes, on a pogo stick. And it's really funny to see my band director jump on a pogo stick. I guess I'm lucky that I have such good connections with the band directors. They're awesome. And like no others. Mr. Lyons, the one on the pogo stick, is funny and nice. Talks to me like I'm an equal. Mr. Punch, the oldest, he's nice too. Mr. Oglesby, about 28 or so, is funny as well. And Mrs. Williams, the head director and a woodwind (rock on!), is super nice, really funny, and really awesome. I think I'm gonna end this now. I'll post later. See ya.

Well. This is it. 13 years ago right now my mother was relaxing after a long hard night in labor. For those of you who didn't understand what I just hinted at, it's my birthday. A very uneventful one at that. Not much went on. My grandparents came down and our next door neighbors came over and they game me presents but that was all. However, I did get school off on my birthday which was nice. Well for presents I got a polo Dance Kelly Style tee shirt. (Go here for further details: http://members.aol.com/humorone/fred.htm at the bottom) I also got a Star Wars poster calendar, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, My Fair Lady, Fiddler on The Roof, and 45 bucks. Yipee. I only wish I had more money. Not that I don't like the other gifts but I wish I had enough money to go out and buy all the stuff I want. Oh well. I guess that will have to do.

Dang. I have a lot to talk about. Well first off I got to go ride my cousin's dirt bike motorcycle. It was loads of fun since I haven't been able to go for a motorcycle ride since July 13, 2004 when our motorcycle temporarily worked. Now I'm not a punk or anything but I just love the sensation of the wind in your face. So don't get the wrong idea. I only ride for the fun, for the wind in your face. Anyway so I got to go riding right? Well I tried turning with no hands and since the bike is only a little 50 then I leaned to much and the side of the bike hit the ground. So it popped back up and threw me off and then went back down. I REALLY bruised up my knees from that fall too. So then the next day I got up and my family and my grandparents were gonna go to Oklahoma to see Rodgers and Hammerstiens "Okalhoma!" Well my brother is always slow so my parents were telling him to get a move on and he says, "I wish I would have had a say (in going)." Well that REALLY ticks me off. We were going as a family to hang out and eat at Joe's Crab Shack and just have fun and go see a very excellent musical and he was not wanting to go. Anyway I was really mad. Soo we go and eat a Joes Crab Shack and then we hung out in Oklahoma till it was time to see the play and then we took about a 30 minute drive out to where we had to go to see the play. When we got there it the sun was shinning but within 5 minutes the sky was really gray and had clouded up. It ended up canceling because of the rain. It stunk. This girl called my dad rude cause he got in the elevator with our luggage and it got sorta crowded. It was a horrible weekend. Well the next day, today, we came home and that's it. But it was a horrible time. Anyway I'll update later.

Hey everyone! Kasey here! guess what! I'm surffing in my room on my dad's laptop right now. It's really cool. And comfortable! anyway I had a pretty good day today. I'll tell you about it. Well... you see... there was a rummage sale at my high school today and I got up early this morning to go and help set up. so by eight o'clock all the people selling things were set up and people began to arrive to buy stuff. Anyway my band director was helping and I bought this pogo stick. so i go back into the school after trying to put it in my van but it was locked so i put it in the truck instead. anyway i come back in and my parents ask how was pogoing and i said it was pretty good. soo my band director was over there so he asks if he can see the pogo stick. so i get my van keys and go to my truck and get the pogo stick. so he tells me try it out. so i hop on and on the first bounce he starts laughing at me. so i hop off and ask what's so funny and he tells me it's funny to watch someone jump on a pogo stick. anyway he tried it and after a while was already better than me. gosh. anyway i put it up in the van. after reading about a chapter of agatha christi's book and then there were none i went home for an hour. then my dad and i went back to help unpack. the only bad thing was my brother got back home today so i'm gonna have to fight over the computer with him now. anyway that's all. i'll update later in the week. bye!
