| It's best not to explain this. |

| Not only does the dragon have to
put up with being mute, Jakkin being an idiot, and being forced into battles
of fatal consequences - someone seriously messed up the cover (and it looks
like Jakkin is about to backhand him)! Poor dragon. |

FLIPOMETER RATING: 9 |
| It's unfortunate for Zack that
he decides to waltz right into a raptor den. The raptors are more than adept
at
Flipping Out and
Roaring at Him, though not quite so much at killing him for his
stupidity. (It's as if they've never used their claws before) |

| Not only is Hal Kailas as cool
as ice; his dragon, Storm, is cool beyond words. Having a wyvern on the
cover is kind of misleading though, as Storm most assuredly has forelimbs. |

FLIPOMETER RATING: 9 |
| Saphira is adept at flipping out
in true dragon-style, though she does not exercise this very often. Wish I
could say the same for Eragon (EHR-uh-gahn), the wuss. |

FLIPOMETER RATING: 2 |
| I am led to believe that the
dragons are either humans in costumes, or CG. The characters simply do not
act like dragons except for some trivial cultural differences. How
disappointing. |

| Ged is proficient at passing out
and nearly dying multiple times in the book. Somehow, the dragon is defeated
in a battle of wits by this idiot. He gets points for being
well-detailed, though. |
