Good question! For simple stuff, such as pixeling, I use MS-Paint. For graphics I use Photoshop, Adobe Illistrator.
i really want to get hosted, any advice?
A: Of course! There are some awesome hosting sites out there.. pockybox.org, hushstar.net, mouth-shut.com, vintagechick.org..you get the picture. Basically, just poke around the web until you find a domain with hostees that looks like the type of website you want to make. Be prepared, though; the person you want to get hosted from probably will want an example of your graphics. :D
How do you make scribble layouts?
