Editing in PSP or Photoshop

in a matter of simple steps?
You've come to the right place! Alright this is a small beginner's tutorial in Paint Shop Pro 6-8 or Photoshop. Open up one of those programs first. Follow each step carefuly!
First: Grab your picture. You may use the one I am using(credit to seventeen.com). Copy & paste it in a new image, if you wish.TOP BAR CODE: Edit>>Paste>>As New Image
Second: Take your paintbrush tool(on left hand side). Go to the right hand side and choose your colour. Can't see the colours? Press F12. A pallete should show up.
Third:THIS STEP IS IMPORTANT!! Once you've clicked on your colour, go to the top bar and click the drop-down menu that says "Normal". Change that to either "Hue" or "Light Hue".
Fourth: Alrighty, now you've got your paintbrush all set up. Now you're gonna take the Freehand Selection Tool(the left hand tool that looks like a Lasso). Here's where you start experimenting. Select a little piece of Miley's hair-preferably at the top of her head-and it should be kind of a circley-marquee-floaty thingy.Keep inside the lines! Zoom in if you need to.
Fifth:Take your paintbrush and just colour all over that piece of hair. It doesn't matter if you color outside the lines; the color will only show up on that one piece of hair.
Sixth:repeat steps 3 and 4 until all of Miley's hair is colored in a perfect purple, blue, pink... whichever color suits your style.
Final Product:you don't have to color her hair purple* like I did
Tutorial Tips: *Miley's hair is a dark brown, so for instance if you want to paint it purple, choose a pink color. If you want to paint it dark blue, choose a light blue colour. That way it will show up better on her hair.

Creating a Freewebs

A great tutorial for people having to move from matmice.
First: go to Freewebs.com.
Second: click "Sign Up" or "Create a Website"
Third: Okay, now you're going to fill in all the personal details; your name, e-mail, etc. When it says "username", type in what your site name is going to be called. When it says "title your site", this just means what the window will say at the top. You can change it later.
Fourth: THIS STEP IS IMPORTANT!!! Once you're done filling in everything, scroll. DO NOT click "Choose Template". You do not need a template. Instead, click the red link next to the templates that says "Use Advanced HTML Mode". Now fill in the code, press enter, and you're set to go!:D
Note: Once you get to your Editing Website page, the page titled as "index.htm" is your homepage, the page that will pop up when you visit your site. To change your homepage, retitle another page "index.htm" once you're finished working on it. Be sure to title all of your pages PAGENAME.htm or PAGENAME.html. Have fun with your new Freewebs! :)
