What is it?
The philosohy of holistic health states that the practitioner must only use safe methods of treatment while emphasizing the care of the whole person, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects.
How is it practiced?
As a holistic health practitioner I combine Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Shiatsu, Therapeutic touch, and Neuro linguistic programing while working with a client, according to their individual needs. As a doula I offer a variety of support packages for the childbearing family, however I also work with non pregnant clients.
These holistic therapies fine tunes and harmonizes your energy, soothing emotions, balancing stresses and eliminating blockages. Creating mental, physical and emotional balance.

labyrinth is a single path or unicursal tool for personal, psychological and spiritual transformation.The way may be long and convoluated, often changing direction, leading near the center, then away again, but is unique and leads surely to the goal and back again. Hi my name is Sandra. I am a Mother of 3 amazing boys, a Registered Aromatherapist, certified reflexologist, shiatsu practitioner, level 3 Reiki practitioner, N.L.P practitioner, birth and postpartum doula and midwifery student. I also have certificates in Hot Stone massage, Integrated body therapy, Therapeutic touch, and Wholistic body therapy. I have been working as a Holistic Health practitioner for almost 10 years, and became a doula after the birth of my 2nd son, an amazing home birth with a doula and midwife.
I believe that birth is a profound rite of passage to be empowered and respected. Through support, education and empowerment Mothers can acheive the power of birthing in awareness. I believe that the knowledge of birth and healing belongs to everyone. My goal is to ensure each birth is a joyous experience, I help you make the choices that are best for you.
