Annie Bien
Annie Bien was born in Hong Kong, lives in New York, and received her
first commission for playwriting at the Soho Theatre Company in
London. Her poems have appeared in Quattrocento (UK), Snakeskin (UK), Loch Raven Review, Andwerve, and will soon appear in Cadenza Magazine (UK). She
has been nominated for the 2006 Pushcart Prize.

Maryann Corbett
Maryann Corbett writes: "My poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in Able Muse, The Barefoot Muse,

Review, Strong Verse, Umbrella, Whistling Shade, and The William and Mary Review. I'm an
active participant in several online poetry forums, notably Eratosphere
and the Gazebo. I work as a legal writing adviser, editor, and
indexer for the Minnesota Legislature."
Adam Elgar
Adam Elgar lives in Bristol, England, where he is a recovering school
teacher and part-time optimist. Other work by him can be seen at Eclectica, nthposition, Andwerve
and The Argotist.
Howard Good
Howard Good, a journalism professor at SUNY New Paltz, is the author of
the poetry chapbook, Death of the
Frog Prince (FootHills Publishing, 2004). His poems have
appeared in numerous print and online journals, including Right Hand Pointing, Stirring, Slow
Trains, Poetry Bay, Sidewalk’s End, Plum Ruby Review, Wilmington Blues,
The Rose & Thorn, 2River View, Prairie Poetry, Eclectica,

Ilana Peled writes: "I'm 67 years old, married and grandmother to 3.

Paul Silverman
Paul Silverman has worked as a newspaper reporter, sandwich man, olive
packer and advertising creative director. One of his commercials won a
Silver Lion at Cannes. His stories have appeared in Tampa Review, The South Dakota Review, The
North Atlantic Review, Word Riot, In Posse Review, The Pedestal
Magazine, The Timber Creek Review, The Front Range Review, The
Jabberwock Review, Jewish Currents, The Coe Review, Hobart Online,

and Alimentum.
Karen Slagle
Karen Slagle writes: "I am a native Texan and my Texas roots go back to
1822, before it was a state, when my mother's family moved
here. I still live in Texas and always will. I'm a retired
government employee and spend my days taking photographs of mainly
horses. I have always had a passion for Arabian horses and now I
own 3. They are my inspiration and I find beauty in everything
they do. It just seems natural that cameras and horses go hand
in hand."
