Dollys Acre/Lizs Sugar Run Minis

Welcome to Liz's Sugar Run Minis

NDGA &AGS registered herd name: Dollys Acre

We are located in a very small rural part of PA, in the very small town of Shelocta, and about 8 miles from Apollo.  I have a small herd of African Pygmy and Nigerian Dwarf crosses. They are not registered as they make very affectionate and affordable pets.I personally enjoy the benefits of baby goats(kids) as they are the sweetest little creatures you can love, and the fact that I enjoy the time I spend with their mothers and milking after the babies go to loving homes.I am very picky with where the kids go and if you are willing to provide all the neccesary care.time and attention a little goat needs you may very well be a prospective goat "mommy/daddy" .All of my kids are vaccinated with CD/T and are wormed and have their first hoof trimming before they leave. They are all watched carefully to be sure they are ready to leave their mom, that means that they need to be adequately drinking from a bucket and eating on their own.

I also do not disbud any of the kids as I have NEVER had a problem with aggression towards me or anyone else, also my personal belief is that they were born with them as a defense against predators so they were meant to have them. If you wish to purchase any of the registered ND kids then it will be up to you to have them disbudded if you wish. Dis budding should be done before they turn 3 weeks of age...if there is any questions about this at the time you decide which kid you want then you should contact me as soon as possible and we can work out an arrangement...all costs are your responsibility and will require a deposit on any kid to be dis budded......non-refundable after the kid is dis budded. As I will not do the procedure myself , I can make the appointment and transport the kid chosen as well as provide the after care needed to ensure a healthy baby...this will be done after said deposit and cost of visit for the procedure is received by me.

If you are not sure of the rules in 4H or other group you are wishing to show in please do your research before you purchase and possibly have the added vet cost of dis budding. You may not need to have a hornless goat to show.
