The apartment has a double bedroom upstairs with ensuite shower room.  Patio doors front and rear lead out on to large terraces overlooking the sea and harbour.

Twin bedroom downstairs with patio doors on to terrace overlooking the sea.

Bathrooms:  Ensuite shower room upstairs, seperate shower room downstairs.

Kitchen: newly fitted and fully equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer.  Washing machine and laundry area situated on rear terrace.

Living Area:  Simply but stylishly furnished, together with television and CD player.  Leads through to dining area with table and chairs to seat 6.

Front terrace overlooking swimming pool furnished for outdoor dining.  Sun loungers also provided.

Porto Colom


Porto Colom is a beautiful but fairly low key place to stay, and ideal for a family holiday.  Sailing fishing and diving are all available in the harbour.  There are numerous cafes and restaurants to choose from to suit all budgets, and closer to Cala Marsal there are late night bars and clubs. 

Just 15 minutes away is the lively resort of Cala d'Or, the airport is a 50 minute drive, and the beautiful city of Palma is less than an hour away.

Vall d'Or's 18 hole golf course is less than 3 kms away.  Horse riding and tennis are all available locally, and there are many walks and nature trails close by.   As well as Sa Punta beach just 3 minutes away from the apartment, Cala Marsal beach is just 5 minutes by car, and many other beautiful beaches are within easy reach, including Cala Sa Nau and the nature reserve of Cala Mondrago.

Booking Terms


50% non refundable deposit is required with booking, with remainder paid 6 weeks before arrival.  A refundable deposit of £100 is also required with final payment.

Booking period is 7 days.      Change over Saturday.

There may be some flexibility depending on existing bookings.

Linen is provided and the apartment is cleaned before arrival and on departure at a small additional charge.
