Our CD i s an attempt to give our music to you...my fans.
The first song, I Wish On You, is a love song for Robert, my husband.
The second...My Mommy...is for the N.Y.C.....RAVE club...called Club Kids.
The third song is Look At Me...it is a spiritual song filled with longings and yearnings...
The fourth song is about a lost love. Kind of sad...I wrote half of it when I was eighteen and the other in 1991. The two parts fit each other perfectly, and it is now in remembrance of my first love.
The fifth song, a fav of mine is called Harley Crenshaw. This song is about an ex love, who I had to push away from me...but who I desired still to be with me. Ultimately a life experience..
The sixth song being Mindland is about Nostradamus, the man, and his wonderful mind and talent to see far into the future.
The seventh is Heart Apart, and deals with two lovers that are having a fight but wish to be together...yet they are not...making them crazy.
The eighth song is Santa Woof...a compilation between myself and my guitarist, Randy. (We are married in music...and this song represents our love.)
Lastly, Loveland, (another fav of mine), is about Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin and John Lennon. It is a tribute song to their mastery and souls. I saw Jimi jamming in the clouds during a daydream, which inspired me to make a song about him. I also saw John and Janis and Jim there jamming. Hoping that someday I would be joining them and other greats....for
to jam for eternity...maybe on a cloud?
The band, NOSTRADAMUS...as of today...has new members and a new face.
We still love the man, Nostradamus, who inspired our having his name...but today we feel we live his dreams...all of us...now more than ever.
Our drummer has changed...now we have Vincenzo Favilla who used to play with Stardust in NYC, at places like Radio City Music Hall, and The Bottom Line and Beacon Theatre. His talent is beyond words and explanation. Just experience him live or on a future cd. *You will see!*
The guitarist remains Randall Barish, who only gets better forever!!
Our second guitarist, also is new, he's a hip jazz oriented genius named Frank Morone, and we are proud to have him.
The Bass player remains Nick the Nod our backbone to everything....and I think the most experienced.
And there is myself...Mari...who tries to keep us all together as we trip the light fantastic inside the music....bandango.

In the future we hope to be adding a lot of pictures of us. Plus, we want to give you UPDATES all new new NEWS...on the bands progress.
I can tell you an idea/news: We are hoping to have a LIVE chat-room with our band...doing rehearsals.
This will be like a REALITY thing...where you can peek in on us. YOU may see our fights, triumphs, failures, excitement, new songs and mutual personal rubbings.
We are excited about this idea. Maybe we will play better knowing that you are there watching us. And of course you will be able to comment, within the chat-room. It sould be fun...and as far as I know...this is a first for internet usage. No one has done this. So, maybe you...the guys, and every mothers son...will be the first ones to witness this *internet history in the making*......thing.
