Ricardo Santiago, leader of Militaria Patriotic Front (MPF) in Honduras. Goals: Protests U.S. intervention in Honduran economic and political affairs. Operates attacks on the Nighstalkers in Honduras. Claimed bombing of main trail through Honduras in 2005. Has ties to former government of Nicaragua and Cuba.

Igor Tnarg Rashnov, a militant leader based out of Tajikistan, carries out terrorist activities in Honduras with the support and financial backing of the MPF.

John Castaneda

John Castaneda, an anti-American leader of a Central American Guerrila group based in El Salvador and supported by the MPF.

Al-Tj-Muhmadinne Majed

Al-Tj-Muhmadinne Majed, part of an extrimist organization in the middle-east, now operating in Honduras. Recieves substantial amounts of training, weapons, explosives, and organizational aid from MPF
