Here at Moonfire our dogs are pets first. We only have a very small breeding program so we strive to have some of the best dogs for our breeding program. We look for not only great looks but also good health, super temperaments and outgoing attitude. We want are puppies not only to be happy and healthy in their new home, but want them to bring years of happiness to their new parents. Our puppies are raised right in our own living room. Their parents are house dogs and pets first. They are trained very early on so as to learn quickly to listen.  As a dog groomer of over 20 years, they are of course trained on proper manners for grooming. They have contact with other animals as well. As well as handled daily by my children. Even though the majority of my pups will go to pet homes, I do have some that go on to be pets and show dogs.
