This website is about the a newly formed parkour team/community called Ramsgate Freeflow and the Thanet Parkour scene. The team comprises of uniquely different members, varied in ages from 12-17 yrs old, and joined together through a strong passion for Parkour. Also Make sure to read the PARKOUR page, to get a better understanding about the art/discpline we devoted our lives too.

All the members of the Ramsgate Freeflow have personal goals and want to progress keep getting stronger as well as helping each other out on their way so teamwork is important. We hope to spread the word about parkour in a positive way and learn never stop as we go though our fun parkour journey.
